🛕 Ram Tirath Temple – Amritsar

Ram Tirath Temple, located about 11 km west of Amritsar, is an ancient Hindu pilgrimage site believed to be the birthplace of Luv and Kush, the twin sons of Lord Ram and Devi Sita.

According to legend, Sage Valmiki's ashram was located here, where Sita took refuge after being exiled from Ayodhya. It is also said that Valmiki wrote the Ramayana at this very place.
